Alternatively: You can continue to Step 2 and sign up for Yakit on this landing page and check out the system. When you install the Shopify (or WordPress) App simply link to your previously created Yakit account via Login.
2. Fill in details in Signup tab
In this step you will create a Yakit account and link it to your Shopify (or WordPress) store.
(If you already have a Yakit Account, just Login)
After Sign up is done, you can check to see if your store is linked via theChannelspage.
(For Etsy, WooCommerce and ShipStation, go to the Channels page and click on Add Channels.)
"Show rates in your shopping cart" should be automatically enabled in your Channels page - if not, check your Shopify "Carrier Calculated Shipping feature". You may disable "Show rates in your shopping cart" to disable rates if you are not ready to take your store live.
3. Add your DHL Express, FedEx Express or UPS account numbers
By default we use our rates to quote landed cost.
If you want to print labels via Yakit, then you need to provide your Account number.
You can configure these accounts in the YakitPreferencesscreen.
4. Pricing - how does it work?
You pay your carrier for your shipping and billed duties/taxes, as you do today
